This page explains, in plain words, what BuyerPing collects and why.

What we collect

• Your email address, so we can send your digest.
• Your product description and search phrases, so we can find and score matching posts.
• Billing details, which are handled by Stripe. We never see your full card number.

How it's used

Your product description and the public X posts that match it are sent to OpenAI, the AI provider we use to score posts and draft example replies. Your description isn't shown publicly or shared with other customers.

Service providers

Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), Resend (email delivery), OpenAI (scoring), Vercel (hosting) and a third-party X data provider for public posts.

Your choices

Every digest has an unsubscribe link. To delete your data, contact us: jamesscanlon1982@gmail.com.
